Mr Justice Meredith delivered judgment on Thursday in reference to the Kinvarra estate formerly owned by Mr. Blake Foster. He held that the Estates commissioners were entitled in the exercise of their discretion to declare the estate not ‘fit to be regarded as an estate’ on the ground that the security for the advance was insufficient.
